Helping to Educate, Empower & Enrich the Lives of People Affected by ADHD, Autism & their Co-morbidities

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition which means that an ADHD brain develops differently to others.

People with ADHD may struggle with attention, hyperactivity and impulsivity.

It is important to remember that everyone is different. No two people are the same and, therefore, support for a person with ADHD should be individualised to them specifically.

ADHD is so much more than a label.  Learning about ADHD and being able to understand your symptoms or support a person with ADHD is so important.

There is a huge amount of stigma associated with ADHD so we hope that you find this website  interesting, informative and uplifting.

Below is a short video where Beverley Nolker, founder of ADHD Sheppey & ADHD Awesome, talks about 'Flipping the Script' on children with ADHD.
